How do I redeem rewards?

There are three ways to redeem rewards.

option 1.in the app

Assuming you’ve downloaded the latest version of the app and are signed in you should see an image in the app that looks like this.

After tapping on the image in the app it will ask you for your phone number and send you a confirmation code. After that you should be all set. You will be able to see what rewards you have available and your screen will look something like the one below. This customer has a total of 515 points, 150 of which he can apply to a doughnut.

Rewards start at 150 points so until you’ve earned enough points you will see an image like the one shown below. If you’d like to know how many points you have you can check your balance here.

If everything is working as it should, you will be able to redeem rewards for qualified items in your cart when you are placing an order in the app as shown in the image below indicated by green arrow..

option 2. ONLINE

Place an order through a web browser on your phone or device. (note: this is different from using our app) Proceed with a transaction as normal. When you arrive at the PAYMENT INFORMATION section of the checkout screen there is an option to REDEEM available rewards points. This is easy and convenient for both you and our staff so it’s our preferred method. Find detailed instructions below along with a link.

option 3: IN PERSON

Place an order at the shop and let them know you want to redeem points. This works but if we are busy and experiencing long wait times consider please consider option 1.
